These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://syskings.com (the "Site") and the marketing and lead-generation services provided by SYSKINGS, a brand operated by Bonk Enterprises Ltd. ("SYSKINGS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our Services
SYSKINGS is a digital marketing agency that provides lead-generation, marketing strategy, and related services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and SYSKINGS. In the event of a conflict, that agreement controls over these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or Services.
3. Booking Calls and Submitting Information
When you book a call or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from SYSKINGS. These SMS Terms are part of these Terms & Conditions.
Program. The SMS program is operated by Bonk Enterprises Ltd. (SYSKINGS).
Message types. Consultation scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, service updates, customer-care replies, and — where you separately opt in — promotional messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are set by your wireless carrier, not by SYSKINGS.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy: https://syskings.com/privacypolicy-page
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or Services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of the Site.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the SYSKINGS name and branding — are owned by or licensed to Bonk Enterprises Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
7. Payment, Plans and Guarantee
Booked-Job Recovery System plans. The Text Plan is $497/month and the Voice Plan is $797/month (USD). Either plan has a one-time $497 setup fee. At checkout you pay the setup fee plus your first month, and after that you are billed monthly. Plans are month to month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing; no partial-month refunds are given except under the guarantee below.
Included usage (fair use). Texts, AI replies and voice minutes are included in your plan for normal use: up to 500 voice minutes and 2,000 text messages per month. If your account regularly goes over these amounts, we will contact you before anything changes, and we will not add charges without your agreement.
Text Plan voice coverage. On the Text Plan, our AI receptionist answers your missed calls at no extra cost until your text messaging is approved by the carriers. After approval, missed-call text-back takes over unless you upgrade to the Voice Plan.
Founding-client pricing and bonus. Founding clients keep their monthly plan price for as long as they stay continuously subscribed. The founding-client reactivation campaign is a one-time bonus with no promised results. We send it by email, and by text only to contacts you confirm have agreed to receive texts from your business.
60-day money-back guarantee. If the system does not recover more than your monthly fee in your first 60 days, we will refund the monthly fees you paid for those months and keep working at no charge until it does. Conditions: (a) your call forwarding stays on; (b) you reply to or call back leads within one business day; and (c) "recovered" means jobs booked through our system, by text or by our AI receptionist, as tracked in your account. The guarantee covers the monthly fee only. The $497 setup fee is not refundable because it covers build work and carrier costs we pay upfront. To make a claim, email [email protected] within 14 days after your first 60 days end.
Other services. For any other Services, fees, payment schedules and refund terms will be set out in your separate service agreement or proposal. Unless that agreement states otherwise, those fees are non-refundable once Services have been performed.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Our Services involve marketing and lead generation, the outcomes of which depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, responsiveness, and follow-up. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, clients, sales, or revenue. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonk Enterprises Ltd. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bonk Enterprises Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
11. Third-Party Tools
Our Site and Services may rely on third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of those platforms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
