These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://syskings.com (the "Site") and the marketing and lead-generation services provided by SYSKINGS, a brand operated by Paul Bonk (o/a Bonk Enterprises)("SYSKINGS," "we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Alberta, Canada. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
SYSKINGS is a digital marketing agency that provides lead-generation, marketing strategy, and related services to businesses, including contractors and service businesses in the United States. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and SYSKINGS. In the event of a conflict, that agreement controls over these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or Services.
When you book a call or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
By providing your mobile number and checking our SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from SYSKINGS. These SMS Terms are part of these Terms & Conditions.
Program. The SMS program is operated by SYSKINGS.
Message types. Consultation scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, service updates, customer-care replies, and — where you separately opt in — promotional messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are set by your wireless carrier, not by SYSKINGS.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We obtain express written consent before sending marketing messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations.

You agree not to use the Site or Services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of the Site.

Where Services are paid, fees, payment schedules, and refund terms will be set out in your separate service agreement or proposal. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once Services have been performed.
Our Services involve marketing and lead generation, the outcomes of which depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, responsiveness, and follow-up. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYSKINGS and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SYSKINGS for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SYSKINGS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
Our Site and Services may rely on third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of those platforms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where you are located in the United States, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home jurisdiction may also apply and are not waived by this section.
